Qualifications

  • 3 years in the IT sphere (SRE/OPS/TechSupport/DevOps/SysAdmin);
  • Linux experience
  • Cloud Technologies: Experience with one or more major cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Microsoft Azure, or others. Understanding of cloud services like Virtual Machines, Load Balancers, Virtual Networks, and how to leverage them to build resilient and scalable systems.
  • Monitoring and Logging: Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana), or similar solutions. Understanding of alerting strategies and creating dashboards to monitor the health of applications and infrastructure.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing, optimizing, and supporting Oracle and MySQL databases
  • Proactively work on database optimizations to maintain performance and reliability
  • On-call incident support for outages
