Responsibilities:
Purpose of the job: The main goal of the automation coordinator job is to ensure reliable electrical maintenance of the machines and equipment operating in the seed plant as well as continuous smooth functioning of the plant infrastructure and to guarantee meeting the energy goals of the plant set by the company.
Specialization: The job includes coordinating the day-to-day work of electricians and their continuous training, maintaining contact with both internal and external partners and service providers in energy and electrical matters, meeting the plant's official and internal expectations from the energy and electrical side, developing, and implementing development proposals, primarily in the field of energy and automation topics.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the production machines and equipment owned by the seed plant (sifters, conveyor belts, shredders, roller sieves, pre-cleaning machines, mowing machines, separator machines, packing, palletizing, and foiling machines, lifting machines, field machines, electrical switch cabinets etc.), for the organization and execution of electrical maintenance and occasional electrical repairs and for the coordination, control, and documentation of the electricians' daily work.
- Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the plant's infrastructural systems, and his task is to maintain contact and regular consultation with service companies.
- Responsible for the operation and continuous development of the company's energy system, to ensure that the company complies with the applicable legal background and achieves the energy goals set by the company. (CO quota, climate protection regulations, etc.)
- Responsible for preparing and conducting energy audits within the plant.
- Responsible for the introduction and operation of Safety Standards for energy and electrical systems.
- Responsible for cost planning based on annual energy consumption and continuous monitoring of consumption data, as well as updating the data in the system.
- Responsible for ensuring plant contact protection, standardization, and lightning protection requirements.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Qualification: Electrical engineer, Mechatronics engineer or Automation engineer
- Experience: Min. 3-5 years of professional experience, strong computer knowledge, knowledge of low current systems, intermediate level of English
- Category B driving license.
