- Supervise and coordinate workshop activities to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage and prioritize work orders, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Train and mentor workshop staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain workflow.
- Maintain and enforce safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize workshop processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise among workshop staff or with clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to implement best practices.
- Prepare reports and documentation regarding workshop activities and performance.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Industry of work experience: Automotive industry
- Language requirements: Fluent in English
- Technical and hard skills: Proficient in using diagnostic tools and equipment, strong mechanical aptitude
