Our ideal candidate has 1-2 years’ experience in an office environment and is familiar with office systems and processes. You will be comfortable in the trades sector and are happy dealing with a range of people from all walks of life.
Key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Front of house reception and phones
- Data entry into a range of systems
- Processing new jobs and job cards
- Invoicing, reconciliations
- Supporting other office staff as needed
We are seeking people who are:
- Enthusiastic team players
- Punctual and reliable
- Experienced with MS Office, database, and invoicing systems
- Able to communicate well both verbally and in writing
- Willing to learn and take instruction
