Your role
Your mission will be to support your team with administrative tasks in the direction of learning and development.
Your team will develop a system of technical education for our employees concerning quality and relevance, especially while the new products are constantly being developed by the engineering team.
You will report to the Training Coordinator Specialist and you will...
- Ensure all the training is recorded and can be followed on our internal training site
- Track the Training Calendar
- Prepare all the materials for the training: check-lists, refreshments, stationary, and nametags
- Communicate with the trainers and participants about training preparation
- Make photos and notes during the training
- Create information material about the training/events and allocate it through corporate media
- Collect feedback from participants and trainers
- Create reports and dashboards
