Solutions Associate
We are looking at growing the partnerships team through an Associate role on the Solutions desk. The Solutions desk manages our Programme Manager network; a whitelabel model, offering businesses the ability to leverage all of Ebury's licences and capabilities, to run their own FX/International payments operations.
ROLE
As a Solutions Associate, your primary responsibility will be to establish and maintain communication with our external partners for both onboarding and ongoing support of end clients. In this role, you will serve as a liaison between our internal onboarding, compliance, and operation teams to our external partners.
To carry out this responsibility, you must have a thorough and holistic understanding of Ebury's processes, with a particular emphasis on onboarding, compliance, and operations. It will be essential to apply this knowledge effectively in real-world situations.
Responsibilities:
- Explaining our onboarding framework to partners to help them in understanding our processes and requirements
- Ensuring that the onboarding process is as smooth and efficient as possible, for both our internal teams and partners alike
- Gathering KYC documentation from partners whilst ensuring that it meets our requirements
- Proactively following up on accounts where necessary to make sure they are progressing through the relevant stages in a timely manner
- Using a problem solving mindset to find solutions in more difficult or complex cases to ensure that clients can be successfully onboarded
- Utilising the same AML and KYC knowledge and experience to assist in complex payment screening queries where necessary.
Experience:
- Thorough knowledge of Ebury's KYC/AML processes and risk appetite
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with both internal and external stakeholders
- Bachelor Degree level education preferred
Competences and Personal Characteristics:
- Ability to work under pressure while working accurately and efficiently
- Fast learner with a high attention to detail
- Ability to think outside of the box and take the initiative
- Possess a positive, enthusiastic and motivated attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including an excellent phone manner
- Business fluent in English
