Our role is full time (inclusive of weekends), with minimum one year of commitment.
Responsibilities for this role
- Managing incoming phone calls & answer enquiries.
- Scheduling appointments and communicating bokking requirements to Customers.
- Communicating with Customers on arrivals / meeting points.
- Finalizing invoices, processing payment & handling balancing.
- Perform various ad hoc administrative duties.
- To handle leads across all the channels.
- Complete the tasks given on daily basis.
- To communicating with Coaches & Customers on any cancellations, wet weather or anything relating to it.
- Ability to work as a team player and has a take-charge attitude. You should have the ability to not only do what is asked but also take charge of it, make suggestions on how things can work better, and bring attention to anything that needs it.
