Business Development Executive- BPO [Pakistan]


 

We are looking for an experienced sales and business development executive who is committed to deliver the company goals in medical billing/revenue cycle management area. Experience with USA healthcare industry is required or a huge plus.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Contact potential clients through cold calling, emails, and networking opportunities to introduce the company's medical billing services. Build relationships by understanding their specific needs, challenges, and pain points, and offer tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.

  • Identify and research potential clients in the healthcare industry, including medical practices, clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers, who may require medical billing services. Utilize various channels, such as online research, networking events, industry conferences, and referrals, to generate leads.
  • Conduct in-depth consultations with potential clients to understand their existing billing processes, identify areas for improvement, and present the value proposition and benefits of the company's medical billing services.
  • Engage in negotiation discussions with potential clients, addressing any concerns or objections they may have. Work closely with the client to finalize contract terms, pricing, and service agreements. Ensure a smooth transition from the sales process to the onboarding and implementation phase.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress in a customer relationship management (CRM) system. Regularly update sales forecasts, track pipeline opportunities, and provide timely reports to management on sales performance and achievements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in the medical billing industry. Continuously expand knowledge and skills related to medical billing practices, coding systems, insurance reimbursement policies, and healthcare revenue cycle management.

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree

3-5 years of experience in sales and business development

Skills & Knowledge

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven history of sales.
  • Ability to work independently and be result oriented
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
  • Must be self-motivator and self-starter
  • Work under minimum guidance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
